Registration Information

Team cheques are NOT cashed until the team has been accepted (i.e. after September 1st)

Teams can submit an early application with a personal cheque and replace the personal cheque with a team cheque once the team has been formed. Should you wish to proceed in this manner please advise the tournament committee/registrar by including a note with your application.

Any team that has been confirmed and withdraws from the tournament is subject to a refund, only if a replacement team can be found. Teams that withdraw after November 1st will not be issued a refund under any circumstance.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
1. IN ADVANCE OF THE TOURNAMENT
  • Completed application form.
  • A cheque or money order for tournament entry.
  • Copy of official team roster on day of your first game at [email protected] and/or hard copy at the arena registration desk
  • League standings and individual game scores (if requested)
2. CHECK IN PRIOR TO FIRST GAME

All teams participating in the tournament must complete and provide a comprehensive registration package. Registration will take place at your arena, one hour and fifteen minutes prior to the start of your first game. Note: If your game is the first game of the day at your arena, registration will start one hour prior to game time. All teams MUST register then. Failure to register then may result in ejection from the tournament. The coach or manager from each team must attend with the full registration information.

Competitive Teams

The registration package for competitive teams MUST include ALL of the following information at the time of registration (we do not require copies in advance)

  • The team’s copy of the travel permits (where applicable). U.S. teams must submit the required documentation for travel.
  • Birth Certificate of each player may be requested (copies and/or passports will suffice) Note: these are not mandatory, it is recommended as a proof of age and identification for players.
  • Official Roster from provincial, of national governing body
*ALL ROSTERS MUST BE SIGN IN AT REGISTRATION DESK BY THEIR MANAGER PRIOR TO THEIR FIRST GAME*
House League Teams
  • A copy of the HEO Minor (or the team’s respective association’s) approved roster.
