For the 2014 edition of the Bell Capital Cup, the organizing committee is proud to offer each ALL TEAMS the opportunity to take part in either the Scotiabank-Canadian Tire All-Star game, or the Scotiabank-Canadian Tire Skills Competition.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All AA, A, B and House League teams MUST participate in the Scotiabank-Canadian Tire Skills Competition. Any team not participating in the Scotiabank-Canadian Tire All-Star Skills Competition will face disciplinary actions from the organizing committee. Please see below or the tournament rules for further explanation.
- Each player on the team must be entered into the Scotiabank-Canadian Tire Skills Competition prior to a team member taking part in a second event.
- Each participant must compete in full equipment including neckguards.

SCOTIABANK - CANADIAN TIRE ALL-STAR GAME
All AAA divisions will compete in the Scotiabank-Canadian Tire All-Star Game.
Each All-Star game will include the presentation of the Canadian Tire 3-Star selection. 3 Stars of the game will be selected by a panel of local Canadian Tire dealers or their designees.
Please note that ALL All-Star games will be non-contact, including the Major Peewee and Major Peewee AAA divisions.
The Scotiabank - Canadian Tire All-Star game is considered a featured, and favourite, event for the players. When teams accept entrance into The Bell Capital Cup they do so knowing that participation in the Scotiabank - Canadian Tire All-Star game is mandatory for ALL AAA teams. This includes teams that have games, or could have playoff-round games, on the same day as the Scotiabank - Canadian Tire All-Star game. Any team not participating in the Scotiabank - Canadian Tire All-Star game may face some, or all, of the following disciplinary actions:
- Forfeiture of remaining games; and/or
- Suspension of coaches for ALL games following completion of the All-Star game including playoffs and championship games; and/or
- Risk sanctions for future year's entry

The Bell Capital Cup is proud to host the Scotiabank-Canadian Tire Skills Competition as a unique and innovative way to promote fundamental skill development in atom and minor peewee aged players.
Each team is required to nominate 14 skaters and 2 goaltenders for the Scotiabank-Canadian Tire Skills Competition. Teams may enter a player in more than one skill event provided the following criteria has been met:
- The team carries less than 14 skaters and 2 goaltenders
- All players on the team's roster have been entered into a skills event
Teams are required to arrive to their designated arena fully dressed (excluding goaltender's pads and skates) a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their skill competition.
The Scotiabank-Canadian Tire Skills Competition is another featured, and favourite, event for the players. When teams (AA, A, B and House) accept entrance into the Bell Capital Cup they do so knowing that participation in the Scotiabank-Canadian Tire Skills Competition is mandatory for ALL AA, A, B and House teams. IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All skaters MUST arrive at the arena in full equipment due to limited dressing rooms
- No exceptions will be made
- Goaltenders must come fully dressed to the arena except for their pads and skates
- No exceptions will be made
